MISSION
To positively impact the lives of women experiencing homelessness and abuse through innovative programs and resources that support independence, nurture intrapersonal growth, and prepare them for a more prosperous future.
Empowering Change: Two Decades of Support
Founded in 2002 by Reverend Christine L. McCloud, TPCS focused on empowering individuals to achieve self-sufficiency. By providing a foundation of secure emergency shelter to homeless women and their children, she wished to help individuals break the cycles of violence, substance abuse, poverty, and incarceration that permeated their lives and kept them at increased risk for homelessness.
We invite you to watch our latest video that showcases who we are today and how we continue to make a difference.
