Empowering Change: Two Decades of Support
TPCS is more than an organization, we are a dedicated collective of individuals inspired to create meaningful change in our community. Founded by Reverend Christine L. McCloud, TPCS empowers women on their journey to self-sufficiency. We aim to help break the cycles of violence, substance abuse, poverty, and incarceration that often lead to homelessness.
