Here at TPCS, we understand that each person’s circumstances are unique.

We believe that the ultimate road to self-sufficiency is through accountability, dedication, and empowerment. Between our staff, volunteers, and community partners, we work diligently in helping our clients identify their obstacles, work toward eliminating those obstacles, and putting safeguards in place to eliminate the reappearance of same or similar hurdles.

TPCS has and will continue to evolve to better help serve those in our community and to provide real options for recovery, growth, and sustainability.

Our History

Turning Point Community Services Inc. is a community-based, non-profit organization committed to providing secure housing and supportive services to underserved minorities.

Meet Our Executive Staff

Our vision and goals commit us to assisting those in need to become self-sufficient by helping them to break the cycles of substance and/or alcohol abuse, economic insecurity, food insecurity, mental health issues, domestic violence, and in some cases incarceration.

We look to provide safe and secure housing options, which include emergency and permanent supportive housing programs; develop and implement programs that help to address the underlying causes of homelessness and abuse; and more importantly, we promote the well-being and wholeness of all individuals that we serve.
